Our Story
TW Audit & Advisory LLC was founded by Tom Wang, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of entertainment profit participations and compliance audits. Tom’s journey in the industry began with his roles at Hacker Douglas and Company, KPMG, and Texas Instruments, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry.
While working at Hacker Douglas and Company conducting entertainment profit participations audits as a Senior Audit Manager, Hacker Douglas and Company merged with GHJ in June 2025. This pivotal moment led Tom to reflect on his career and the market conditions. Recognizing a need for a more personalized and collaborative approach to audit services, Tom decided to leverage his work experiences to start a boutique firm that offers audit services primarily for entertainment profit participations and contract compliance audits, while offering ancillary advisory services adjacent to the audit services. Thus, TW Audit and Advisory LLC was established in July 2025.
